Imagine having your own personal nutrition coach, someone who can personalize a program just for you and your lifestyle. This is not a one-size-fits-all plan. We provide an individual approach to healthy living through a series of personal counseling sessions.

Sessions may include:

Review of current diet and lifestyle habits
Assistance with goal-setting and behavior modification
Computer analysis of individual food records
Calculation of resting metabolic rate (the number of calories the body burns at rest) using the BodyGem™ metabolism measurement device by Healthetech™
Answering questions and education on various topics such as: energy basics, behavior modification, physical activity, portion sizes, dining out, label lingo, etc.
